Despite poor iPhone sales throughout 2018, Apple seems to doing quite well in its home market. According to data from CIRP (Consumer Intelligence Research Partners), iPhones accounted for 36% of US smartphones activations during Q1 of 2019, which gave Apple a slight lead over Samsung with its 34%.
