Motorola Android

The Motorola Razr 2022 is set to debut on August 11 but those who want to be among the first to receive the foldable can already reserve a unit via Chinese retailer JD.com. The phone’s landing page also has a few marketing images that show out the new design improvements made by Motorola.

Razr 2022 features a new hinge mechanism that allows the phone to fold completely flat without any opening. The poster also mentions the screen gets a new 6-layer protective structure which should hold up better in terms of durability. The poster also confirms the three RAM/storage trims for the device - 8/128GB, 8/256GB and a top-tier 12/512GB model.

We also get to see the phone in action with its various screen modes. These include a multi-tasking mode with two apps running simultaneous in the two halves of the screen, a “surround” mode which shows notifications at a glance and a tripod mode that lets you position the phone on a surface and take pictures or videos.
